RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are not satisfied with the product, below you can find further instructions depending whether you would like to return or exchange your product.

We have a 30-day return policy since your purchase to request a refund.

Here’s how to be eligible for returns:

• The t shirt must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• It is required to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be refunded, Send us an email with your order number at  sales@cucaramacarapr.com.

Once returned, you will be entitled to receive your refund as quickly as possible (it could take 30 business days). Shipping costs are not included. All return packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items.

EXCHANGES

Once your return is completed, we’d love to receive a new order of the Cúcaramacara item of your choice. Exchanges for out of stock or different valued items will result in a refund. We kindly encourage you to make another purchase from our current inventory. 

WRONG ORDERS

If you have received a wrong order you must contact us immediately. Once reviewed, don’t worry! We will contact you explaining each step you need to follow in order to ensure your return without any additional cost.If you have any further questions, please contact us sales@cucaramacarapr.com for information. 

CLEARANCE ITEMS 

Unfortunately, clearance or Final Sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.
